Pizzeria Palermo in Essen

We just had spaghetti carbonara: mushy, hardly any ham, unseasoned, only tasted like cream. Penne 4 types of cheese: only cream sauce & which types of cheese ?! No idea. Pizza mozzarella: cold, sticky, dry ... It's a shame, we used to be enthusiastic, satisfied customers. But today it was just expensive and poor quality!

Pizza ordered by phone. Delivery time should be 35 minutes, after about 1 hour and 10 minutes, then came the order. Unfortunately not as ordered. In addition, the pizza was bone-tight and tasted like ..... nothing. The salad was a disaster and for 20 € .... That was definitely the last order there

Actually, only a pity to award 2 stars, but I have 3/4 times a completely wrong order! Tasty really great store, also the delivery time is great, but as often as the orders which is wrong or was completely forgotten, I am no longer willing to order my food there !!! That's really a pity!!!! Maybe people should work on the phone to hear that sensibly. I'm angry without end only 2 stars ....

Ordered by phone, even picked up, everything very fast. Pizza really tasty, soil could be a bit crisp. Prices absolutely OK.

Great pizzeria! Small and unimpressive, but much behind it! Already at school had been eating there. Absolute recommendation for everyone!

Unreliable, 45 minutes late despite ordering 2 hours earlier, although the store is less than 10 minutes away from me! Have now found out that I was lucky that anything arrived - usually this doesn't seem to be the case here. However, the "big" pizza was tiny, the rim burned, it was incredibly oily and my extra wish was not noticed. My conclusion: never again! Don't order here!
